About the job
Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Director, the After-Sales Service Agent provides support for after-sales service and technical support activities.
Main responsibilities
- Provide support for after-sales service and technical support activities;
- Manage customer technical support requests;
- Participate in opening service calls in the database and assist in assigning them to technicians;
- Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to ensure effective coordination of interventions;
- Verify work orders and assist with billing;
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing;
- Communicate with customers (invoices, notices, etc.);
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Desired profile
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or other relevant training or experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office 365;
- Previous experience working with a CRM or ERP database;
- Demonstrate rigor, precision, and resourcefulness even when supervised remotely by a superior;
- Proficiency in French and intermediate level of English (spoken and written);
- Interpersonal skills, politeness, and professionalism in interactions with others;
- Experience in after-sales or customer service is an asset.
