The prefabricated concrete buildings offered by Enviro-STEP Technologies have a multitude of practical uses and are distinguished by their robustness, ease of installation, and durability.
Being entirely monobloc and pre-assembled with a steel door and two passive ventilation louvers, they require only a stable, level granular foundation and can be installed in a matter of minutes. They are delivered in one piece and put in place by an excavator or other lifting equipment. These buildings are vandal-proof and can be moved as needed.
Once in place and depending on your needs, you can insulate them or add electricity, lighting, and heating.
Two models are available: 9' long or 13' long.
