Enviro-STEP Technologies offers periodic maintenance services for our products as well as replacement parts sales. We also offer on-site technical service on business days for non-urgent situations such as the replacement of certain parts. We do not offer service on components supplied by other companies or on work performed by contractors.

Enviro-STEP Technologies does not offer emergency services such as those required in the event of sewer backups, pipe blockages, tank overflows, ditch blockages, etc. If you believe you are in an emergency situation, please call a company that specializes in the type of situation (plumber, septic tank emptying service, loss adjustment company, etc.).
