IMPORTANT :

Enviro-STEP Technologies offers periodic maintenance services for our products as well as the sale of replacement parts. We also provide on-site technical service on business days for non-urgent situations, such as the replacement of certain components. We do not provide service for components supplied by other companies or for any installation work performed by the contractor.

Enviro-STEP Technologies does not offer emergency services such as those required in the event of sewer backup, pipe blockage, tank overflow, ditch blockage, etc. If you believe you are in an emergency situation, please contact a specialized company depending on the type of situation (plumber, septic tank pumping service, disaster recovery specialists, etc.).
